Coping with the loss of a loved one has no set time frame.  There are moments when we are managing as best as we can and then there are periods of time when we feel that we are lost in our grief and struggle with daily living.  This groups offers an opportunity to reflect with others who can understand your struggles because they too have faced and are facing similar suffering.
