Friends Campaign (Fall): Our largest fundraiser of the year, supporting all JFS programs and services.

Spring Celebration: A joyful community gathering to raise awareness and support.

Barry J. Vine Food Pantry

Distributing over 100,000 pounds of food (equivalent to more than 84,000 meals) and essentials annually to local residents in need.

Ways to Help:

  • Donate Non-Perishables & Toiletries – A list of what types of food are needed most and food donation guidelines can be found here. Contact Sandy Hagan 📞 (203) 397-0796 to schedule a donation drop-off. 
  • Sponsor a Shelf – Your monthly gift of $360 provides hope and a choice of healthy items to families struggling to put food on the table.
  • $25 Holiday Gift Card – Help families celebrate Thanksgiving, Passover, and Easter with dignity.  Add $25 to your donation to provide a Stop & Shop gift card for special holiday items.

Food4Kids Program

Every Friday during the academic year, we provide ready-to-eat snacks to children at nutritional risk in three New Haven Public Schools.
$250 sponsors one child for the entire school year.

Create a Jewish Legacy
